Thanksgiving Week 100 Workout Challenge
- 30 Jumping Jacks
- 15 Push-ups
- 20 Squats
- 15 Mountain Climbers
- 20 Alternate Leg Drops (10 each side)
We challenge you to do this once a day (or more if you’re up for it) for at least 5 days in the week leading up to Thanksgiving! Moving even just a little will help you feel better. Tag us when you try out the challenge on Instagram @VASAFITNESS.
